6-Week Beginner’s Yoga Series with Suzanne Goldston

If you have been wanting to begin a yoga practice but not sure where to start, this series is for you! This intimate class will include breathing and meditation instruction as well as guidance for yoga poses. There is a 6 person maximum and the registration deadline is 2/5, you must register in advance for the series as space is limited.
