About Suzanne Goldston
Twenty years ago, as a lifelong athlete, Suzanne was selling advertising and called on a local yoga studio. She was intrigued by what was going on and when she inquired, the owner performed a Sun Salutation and asked if Suzanne thought she could do it. So began her classes and her love affair with yoga. She became a certified, registered yoga and meditation teacher, studying extensively with some of the preeminent teachers on the planet, including Rod Stryker, David and Doug Swenson, Tim Miller, Erich Schiffmann, Dharma Mitra and Paul Grilley. As her yoga experience expanded in all directions, she was quickly led to yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda. Here she studied extensively with world renowned teacher and Vedic monk, Maya Tiwari, founder of Wise Earth School of Ayurveda, and with David Frawley.
As she worked with Hatha Yoga students, helping them to adjust their poses, she realized that more than an adjustment was happening. Her search for the healing energy that transpired when she touched them led her to become a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher.
In the midst of all of this, her love of crystals and stones exploded, and her innate knowledge of them begin to reveal itself in amazing ways. Suzanne studied with Naisha Ahsian, co-author of The Book of Stones, and has completed her 6 month “Becoming the Human Crystal Program” and “Primus Meditation and Healing Technique”. She will begin the 12-month “Crystal Resonance Therapist” class in the spring of 2014. Suzanne trains and certifies Hatha Yoga teachers and Reiki practitioners. Additionally, she offers Ayurveda consultations and treatments infused with Reiki and crystals.
She has two incredible sons .
